European Sales Leadership  
Lead commercial strategy and execution across Europe, ensuring strong revenue performance, client retention, and premium client service. 
Build and manage strategic relationships with high‑end partners such as private banks, family offices, and luxury brands. 
Strengthen the company's position in mature European markets by leveraging value‑based commercial strategies. 
Drive commercial optimisation, pricing, and yield management in a complex, high‑touch healthcare‑oriented environment. 


Global Commercial Coordination  
Contribute to the harmonisation of global sales processes, reporting standards, KPIs, and governance models. 
Work closely with international sales leaders to align commercial priorities and share best practices across regions.
