The Role:
I am looking for a Senior commercial leader responsible for driving sales performance across a cluster/portfolio of lifestyle and design-led hotels in Germany and selected European markets.
You will own the sales strategy, leadership and structure for the portfolio, with a strong focus on the German market, key feeder markets and relevant segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, lifestyle).
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a multi-property sales organisation (on-property and above-property), including cluster/area sales leaders and on-site sales teams, ensuring clear targets, strong performance management and a collaborative culture.
