VP Sales (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
Lead and motivate a team of 25 employees, including 4–5 direct reports (., Regional Sales Managers in UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Portugal)
Full revenue responsibility for new sales in Europe
Manage and develop international direct sales and dealer network across Europe, focusing on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Scandinavia, Italy, Central and Eastern Europe
Ensure optimal market coverage through all relevant sales channels (Key Accounts, dealers, rental, used vehicles)
Collaborate closely with Used Sales and Rental teams to drive complementary sales channels
Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and competitive intelligence for strategic development
Assist Finance with risk assessment, receivables management, and budgeting
