Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead Payment projects from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Own and be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget.

Manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, post implementation support in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology

Drive adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and control processes.

Manage a team of Developers, System Analysts, Quality Assurance Testers and offshore partners.

Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
