Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Define and lead KnowBe4's global Talent Management strategy, integrating L&D, performance management, succession planning, and career development. 
Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal-setting, review cycles, and calibration processes. 
Design and execute global hi-potential identification and succession planning programs for critical leadership roles. 
Build career development frameworks, including competency models and internal mobility programs. 
Oversee the design and delivery of all manager and employee development programs, from onboarding to leadership development. 
Optimize talent technology platforms, driving full integration with Workday to create a seamless talent experience. 
Champion the adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation within talent workflows, such as AI‑driven learning recommendations and skills gap analysis.
