Drive design decisions and review offshore/vendor solutions.
Quality Governance & Engineering Excellence
Take accountability for technical quality across all development work.

Enforce and improve technical standards, coding practices, and solution quality.

Conduct design and code reviews and proactively manage technical risks.
Offshore & Vendor Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and oversight to offshore and vendor teams.

Review deliverables and ensure alignment with approved designs and standards.
