VP, US Site General Manager (Expat Assignment)

We’re looking for a VP, US Site General Manager for a listed electronic materials company based in Taiwan. Experience of managing a business unit/group in a well – established electronics or chemical organization is required. This is a newly created position, reporting to the CEO. The candidate will need to work in Taiwan the first year and then relocate to US, Greater Los Angeles area. 

Responsibilities:

Set up a New Business Unit in the US and lead the BU to maximize its productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Take full profit & loss responsibility.

Lead and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Technology Transfer from Taiwan to the new site in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Plan and implement operational, business, and product strategies, priorities, and action items to achieve the business targets.
