VP/AVP to join globally known Financial IndustryYour New CompanyYou will be working for a well-established, globally recognised Financial Industry who are looking for a Vice President/Assistant Vice President to be based in Kuala Lumpur to be a new addition to their ever-growing team.Your New RoleAs part of the legal team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide legal advice and support on all legal matters on banking products (conventional and Islamic)

Review and draft legal documents and commercial contracts for the Bank

Conduct research and provide guidance and opinions on legal matters

Liaise with external lawyers and regulators

Conduct continuous learning training or arrange for external trainings
