VP/Director – South Coverage (Sector Agnostic)

<ul> <li>Responsible for originating: financing and transacting deals in particular domain</li> <li>Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface Be a part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/ buy side mandates</li> <li>To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negoliations due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)</li> <li>Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients</li> <li>Strengthen firms' relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients</li> <li>Managing Client relationships along with the manager, assisting in identification of business opportunities Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotations on pricing or structure of a merger</li>
