Job Description

                    Responsibilities: Develop tactical plans to drive sites individually towards an increasing level of operational excellence

Development and implementation of strategies to enhance knowledge and capabilities

Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees as well as contractors/service providers

Drive continuous improvement & HSE leadership values

Develop and share site management expertise e.g. having an effective structure, having a good operating rhythm, ensuring performance is monitored, and improvements if any are implemented.

Develop and implement programs to enhance competency in operations

Continuous improvement to ensure a high level of operational discipline

Ensure governance to ensure projects progress
 Requirements: Degree in Engineering

At least 15 years of experience in operations

Strong leadership and regional experience
