The Opportunity

7 or 14 day locums available From Feb 2025 onwards.

As the sole Doctor in the town you will be providing 24/7 on call cover for emergencies and should have prior experience in a similar rural setting. This rural facility has 3 ED & 8 acute beds, as well as small 12 bed residential aged care and renal dialysis ward. Monday to Friday you will predominately be located in the General Practice after a short check-in on the ED and ward rounds.

Brewarrina or 'Bre' as it is affectionally known by the locals, is located 765km via Narromine and Nygan, 797km from Sydney via Dubbo and the Castlereagh highway.
