Job Description:

We're hiring a performance-driven VSL Video Editor who knows how to create high-converting Video Sales Letters for Facebook & Instagram ads.
This role is for editors who understand direct response marketing, not just editing.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 5–30 minute VSLs optimized for Meta Ads
• Create powerful 3–5 second hooks that immediately stop the scroll
• Add captions optimized for sound-off viewing
• Implement pattern interrupts every 5–10 seconds to maintain retention
• Integrate:

B-roll
Testimonials
UGC-style clips

• Proof elements (screenshots, results, data overlays)
• Design bold on-screen text and motion graphics
• Format videos in 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 ratios
• Produce multiple hook variations for creative testing
• Collaborate with media buyers to iterate creatives based on performance data
