VVM upgrade - R&D RPTT, Rubber Process & Tire Technology

Introduction
Visco-visio-meter (VVM) is a unique machine that is only available in VMI and it is commonly used for rubber compound characterization. The machine is made out of many sub-components and is able to perform a wide variety of rheological test such as shear, stress-relaxation and normal stresses in various measurement modes. In simple terms, it can be said that the machine is VMI’s “mini” extruder. Are you interested in industrial-scale testing redesign and not afraid to get your hands dirty? It is important for VMI to investigate the possibility of implementing the machine upgrades that could further improve our testing capability.
