+ Participate in brand strategy and action plan development
+ Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunities
+ Take lead in the innovative Marketing programs development and drive execution excellence
+ Manage budget within agreed limits
+ Analyze and interpret existing and potential market conditions and make recommendations to management
+ Maintain good engagement with KOLs
+ Develop Speaker management system and maintain operation excellence on speaker management
+ Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the success of cross functional initiatives including market research, education programs, sales training etc.
