[Wafer Fab] Principal Process Integration Engineer

Role Overview:

Responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating semiconductor processes to meet technical and yield targets, supporting product transfer, and resolving process-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize custom or derivative semiconductor processes.
• Conduct DOE, monitor process metrics, and maintain ET/CPK standards.
• Identify and resolve integration issues and yield opportunities.
• Run prototype lots and support process change requests.
• Liaise with internal and customer engineers on technical concerns.
• Document processes and create FMEA for new/derivative processes.

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor process integration or technology development.
