Wafer Probe Engineer

We are looking for a Wafer Probe Engineer to support wafer-level testing and characterization, ensuring semiconductor devices meet quality, performance, and reliability standards before packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Wafer Probing & Electrical Testing

• Perform wafer probe testing (DC, AC, parametric, and functional)
• Identify wafer-level defects and support yield analysis

Burn-In Testing Support

• Prepare and monitor devices for burn-in reliability testing
• Analyze failures and collaborate with engineering teams for root cause analysis

Test Program Execution & Optimization

• Execute and validate automated test programs
• Optimize probe station parameters for accuracy, throughput, and yield
• Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment to minimize downtime

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze test data to identify trends and anomalies
