Wafer Sort Product Engineer

We are seeking a Wafer Sort Product Engineer that will be responsible for wafer sort (electrical wafer test) activities at the product level. In this role, you will be the key interface between customers, test operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful product performance, smooth new product introductions, and continuous yield improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and supporting wafer sort (electrical wafer test) operations to ensure product quality, yield, and efficiency to meet customer requirements
• This includes product ownership, yield improvement, validating/optimising wafer sort test programs and customer engagement
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by defining and maintain wafer sort test flow, limits, and specifications
• Maintain correlation across testers, probe cards, and test sites and monitor wafer sort cycle time and optimize test efficiency
