Waiter

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies.
• Process payments and provide accurate change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Prior experience in food service (preferred).
