**Duties and responsibilities related to the** **Waiter/ess** **role** ** **



**·** **Knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu**



**·** **To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage**



**·** **Assisting guest’s during their visit and handling guest complaints**



**·** **Performs the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned**



**·** **Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities**
