Job Description
A waiter is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to customers in a restaurant. Their duties include welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders accurately, and ensuring tables are clean and well arranged. A waiter also explains the menu, recommends promotions, handles complaints politely, and assists with payment processing. In addition, they work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. They must follow hygiene and safety standards at all times while maintaining the restaurant's positive image and service quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
