Purpose of the Role
The Waiter is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience . The role ensures guests receive warm, professional, discreet, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation and operational excellence within a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Service Excellence
Greet all guests warmly and professionally.
Provide friendly, courteous, and attentive service at all times.
Understand and execute the correct sequence of service.
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
Review the day sheet and function sheets at the beginning of each shift to be fully informed of:
Table allocations
Dietary requirements and allergies
Special occasions and guest preferences
