The Waiters at Royal Malewane Lodges assist in the F&B operations to ensure that we consistently exceed our guests' expectations when it comes to fine dining. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service of food and beverages in dining areas, the bars, pool and all outdoor service areas
• Greeting guests warmly and offering welcome drinks on arrival
• Ensure all Waiter duties are carried out according to daily checklists
• Ensure dining areas are clean and tidy during shifts and before leaving your shift
• Understand and communicate the daily menu, have up to date knowledge of the menu and wine lists
• Performing each duty as per the company’s standard operating procedures
