Job Summary

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent dining service by taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with seating and menu selection
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
• Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout their stay
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Handle basic guest concerns and coordinate with supervisors when needed
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service protocols at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
