Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, present menus, and take orders.

- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.

- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and handle special requests.

- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.

- Process payments and provide excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to meet customer needs.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area.


Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
