JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Responsible to render quality services to guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• To deliver an exceptional guest experience in accordance with the company's policies, standard operating procedures and etiquettes while having extensive knowledge of the menu, beverage list and promotion offerings.
• To comply with Halal guidelines, health, and food safety regulations to keep the workplace safe, clean and tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining and counter areas.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and professional posture at all times.
• Adhere to strict grooming standards, including neat and polished attire, clean nails, and well-groomed hair.
• Adhere to restaurant policies and safety procedures.
• To perform any reasonable duties and/or tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
