The opportunity

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Lah Ventures Group Sdn Bhd in Semenyih, Selangor. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen in a timely manner
3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and efficient way
4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including clearing and resetting tables
5. Respond to customer inquiries and address any complaints or concerns
6. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
