Job Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Sales

• Greet guests warmly and provide expert knowledge of our menu to help them choose the best dishes.

• Handle any guest complaints or special requests quickly and with a positive attitude.

• Table & Station Management

• Manage your assigned tables by clearing plates, refilling drinks, and ensuring guests have everything they need.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure food is served hot and on time.
• Keep your service station organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies throughout the shift.

• Safety & Teamwork

• Follow all food safety and hygiene rules to keep the dining area and guest spaces safe.
