About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join the team at the prestigious Pullman Kuching hotel in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Waiter/Waitress in our Chinese restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in our hotel in the heart of Kuching.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing attentive and courteous table service to guests in our Chinese restaurant
2. Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments efficiently
3. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, ensuring tables are set and presented to a high standard
4. Assisting with menu recommendations and providing information about the restaurant's specialties
