Duties and responsibilities of Bartender:

• Serving up refreshing and mouthwatering drinks.
• Keeping the bar area clean and tidy.
• Handling cash and card payments.
• Providing a 5-star customer service.
• Following health and safety guidelines.
• Restocking the bar.

Waiter/Waitress:

To serve food and beverage to guests according to established performance standards. To handle guests enquires in a courteous and efficient manner. To provide a courteous and professional service at all times. To maintain a good working relationship with fellow colleagues, and all other departments. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Company's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
