Menya Kokoro Ramen Izakaya is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress at Uptown Mall.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverages
• Take and process orders efficiently
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations

Job Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• With or without experience; experience in a restaurant is an advantage
