Waitress

Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor, the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring consistent guest satisfaction. 

• Execute the daily opening and closing checklist
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and
  preparation methods.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Assist in quality checks to ensure food meets safety and hygiene guidelines before
  serving.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints gracefully, resolving issues to ensure a positive
  experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, equipment, and
  seating areas Before, During and After service
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
