Job Summary
Waitresses are responsible for providing food and beverage service to players and guests throughout the poker club while delivering a high level of customer service. They contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere by attending to player needs promptly, professionally, and courteously, while following club service standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to players and guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during and after shifts Monitor player needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Handle payments, tips, and service transactions according to club procedures Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service regulations
