The main purpose: Serve food and beverages to customers during banquets, check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals, communicate with customers to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Reporting to the: Assistant Event Services Manager - Beverage
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Attend to all service requirements of the customers.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure correct orders are provided.
Deliver correct orders and correct bills to customers should there be additional bills.
Greet each and every customer appropriately as per company standards.
Explain the menu and upsell food and beverages at all times.
Check on the customers regularly to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
Set up tables with correct crockery, cutlery and table supplies.
Clear all used plates from tables.
Maintaining the operating equipment within the company.
