Job Role

St James is our brand-new residential care home based in Orrell in Wigan. As part of the support team here, you will play a fundamental part of helping the people we support to settle in their new home. You will get to know each of the 4 people we will support, find out their interests and help them with any anxieties as they transition into their new home.

This will be a huge period of change and may be challenging for some of the people we support. You will be a safe and reassuring presence for them, offering comfort, familiarity and encouragement at a time when it is most needed.
