Job Role

Our Stockton Heath service is one of Bright Futures’ most established adult homes, made up of two properties, Bridgewell and Coach House, just a short walk from the busy village centre. The homes offer a warm, structured and community-focused setting where adults are supported to feel safe, settled and engaged both day and night.

The individuals we support each have their own routines, interests and communication needs, and staff play an important role in helping them enjoy the activities they love whether that’s walking, sports, music, Disney films, reading, games, family time, or trips into the community. ...
