What you’ll do

As a Waking Night Worker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents feel safe, supported and secure. Working across one of our supported housing schemes, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers overnight, responding to issues, maintaining a safe environment and providing reassurance where needed.

The Waking Night Worker role is focused on creating a calm, well‑managed environment where residents can feel confident that support is available. Through your presence, communication and proactive approach, you’ll help deliver a high‑quality service that supports residents’ wellbeing and safety.
