Own the WalkMe tool, building walkthroughs, tooltips, and guides inside SAP Fix issues that arise and improve user experience Create in-app training content Drive adoption by analyzing usage data, improving guidance, and identifying where users are struggling Build governance and app standards Train new users, troubleshoot issues, and create a community of power users Requirements

Working experience with WalkMe implementation; SAP Fiori or GUI experience preferred 5+ years of experience in digital adoption and supporting in-app guidance Subject-matter expert in DAP tools, skilled at troubleshooting and building adoption strategies Benefits
