• Oversee the W2W schedule in coordination with the Point of Contact (POC).
• Manage resource allocation and generate daily progress reports.
• Attend weekly meetings and prepare comprehensive W2W reports.
• Consolidate and verify data to ensure accuracy before submission to customers.
• Track and manage the project timeline to ensure on-time completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for the team.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays proactively.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of project assets.
• Regularly follow up with team leads to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee the ticketing system to ensure engineers provide accurate and timely updates.
• Perform additional duties as required to support project success
