We are currently seeking an experienced Walmart Online Portal Specialist, with proven success in Walmart dispute resolution, and a strong background in handling Walmart-related issues:

Delivery disputes
Compliance issues
Accounting deductions
Unauthorized deductions and claims

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve disputes related to Walmart operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and evidence for dispute resolution.
• Communicate directly with Walmart representatives to negotiate and settle disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of all disputes and resolutions, and prepare reports as needed.
• Utilize Walmart online portals, including Retail Link, High Radius, APIS, and APDP, to manage invoices, create claims, and handle accounts payable inquiries and disputes.
