Our Administration Services team at Brisbane Private Hospital have a new opportunity for experienced Ward Clerk/Medical Administrator to join our team on a full time basis

Working with the clinical team we are seeking a full-time team member who will be accountable for providing admin support on a busy ward to assist to our doctors, nursing staff and allied health professionals.

The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, flexibility and empathic approach. Key functions include:

• Greeting patients and other visitors
• Liaising with other professionals
• Preparation of patient files, appointment lists and coordination with other ward clerks to obtain ward patient files
• Medical record filing
• Providing clerical support to the clinical team
