Ward Host / Hostess

We're looking for friendly, reliable Ward Hosts/Hostesses to join our healthcare catering team. In this patient-facing role, you'll deliver high-quality food and beverage services directly to hospital wards, helping to create a positive experience for patients every day.

• Serve meals (breakfast, lunch, supper) and beverages to patients
• Replenish water and ensure patient needs are met promptly
• Provide excellent customer service with a warm, professional attitude
• Assist with basic food preparation and hospitality requests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control
• Follow health & safety, food safety, and company procedures
