Job Description

                    Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to patients. 
Serve food and beverages to patients, ensuring timely clearance once meals are finished. 
Verify that food served matches patient meal orders. 
Support inventory management processes. 
Uphold high cleanliness standards in the workstation, adhering to health and sanitation regulations. 
Assist nursing staff to meet patients' nutritional needs. 
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with patient information. 
Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Manager. 
Requirements Minimum GCE N Level or its equivalent. 
Experience in the food and beverage sector is an advantage. 
Strong passion for the healthcare industry, with or without prior experience. 
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
