About this role

Facilitating the needs of users and show requirements of Eastbourne Theatres while working with the full-time technical team. The postholder is responsible for:

• Assisting with the smooth running of shows and performances within Eastbourne Theatres.
• Helping to maintain and organise costumes.
• Helping performers in and out of their costumes during shows.

About you

You are hands‑on and detail‑oriented with a keen eye for costume care and presentation. You have experience in wardrobe or backstage support, thrive in a collaborative, high‑pressure environment, and ensure costumes are show‑ready so performers can step on stage with confidence.
