Wards Pharmacist

Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 8A Wards Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Salisbury.


The pay for this position is £30-£37 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.



As a ward pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and medication management to patients admitted to hospital wards.



Successful candidates must hold an MPharm degree, be GPHC registered and have experience working in a hospital ward setting.



Job Description:

Clinical pharmacist with ward-based experience. To clinically screen prescriptions, complete medicines reconciliation, medication orders and process discharges.
