Job Position: Admin Assistant

Start Date: Can Start Immediately

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate, college level, or any Bachelor’s degree holder
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Preparing Purchase Order, Delivery and Acknowledgement Receipts
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, checking stock levels, and monitoring transit inventory
• Scheduling delivery drivers, warehouse staff
• Coordinating with clients and suppliers
• Other task that may assign to you from time to time
