Responsibilities

• Update daily trackers for mid-mile operational functions in SPX Express
• Monitor, track, and review daily activities and utilization levels against targeted benchmarks
• Provide performance updates to stakeholders based on tracker data or as required
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports for all operational functions in SPX Express
• Coordinate operational performance results with the respective functional PIC
• Collaborate across multiple teams to drive process and system improvements
• Maintain accurate and updated records for all operational trackers
• Oversee performance levels and alert relevant stakeholders when targets are not met
