Warehouse Admin - Sortation Centre, SPX Express (Kuching, Sarawak)

Job Description

• Update daily trackers for middle mile operational functions in SPX Express
• Monitor, track and check daily activities and utilization levels against the targeted number
• Provide information to stakeholders about daily tracker performance or whenever is required
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly summary reports for all operational functions in SPX Express
• Coordinate operations performance result with respective functional PIC
• Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to push for process and system improvements
• Maintain updated records for all operations trackers
• Oversee the performance level and highlight to relevant stakeholders whenever the target is not achieved
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as per requested by the department head/reporting line

Requirements

• Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements
