Warehouse and Logistic Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure accurate recording of all stocks movement in the inventory management system.
Plan and coordinate delivery schedules based on operational priorities.
Enforce occupational safety, fire safety and security procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, delivery performance, and warehouse productivity.
Supervise warehouse personnel, drivers and logistic aides.
Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to reduce errors, delays and costs.
Authority to enforce warehouse and Logistics SOPs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 35 of relevant experience years experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory role is highly preferred.
