Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate recording of all stocks movement in the inventory management system.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules based on operational priorities.
• Enforce occupational safety, fire safety and security procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, delivery performance, and warehouse productivity.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, drivers and logistic aides.
• Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to reduce errors, delays and costs.
• Authority to enforce warehouse and Logistics SOPs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
