Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse in a Concrete Hollow Blocks (CHB) and Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP) manufacturing plant. This role includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments of raw materials and supplies.
• In-charge for logs of In and Out of materials/ tools in warehouse.
• Verify accuracy of orders received and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Record and manage inventory of received items.
• Properly store materials and products in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate production output inventories.
• Ensure warehouse aisles are clean and organized to facilitate efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report any variances.
